Good brazilian neighbours.

We bought our Casa 11 in 2005. There are 20 houses in our Condo St. Marcos. Most of them are owned by Brazilians living in Fortaleza. The house in St. Marcos is their second house. We were surprised to realize that almost none of the Brazilians we met could speak English. In the house close to our house were two children, Felipe and Fernanda. Felipe spoke a little English. He told us that he had learnt by himself via Internet. Felipe helped us a lot. He still does. Both he and his siter Fernanda are so nice to us.
Felipe told me that there are not many good English teachers in the school. That's why they don't become good English-speakers. So.... I know try to learn Portuguese instead. It's really fun.

We have a house there. Casa 11 in condominium St. Marcos, Porto Das Dunas, Ceara.
The big city Fortaleza is 22 km away.
The most wonderful beaches can be found 400 metres away.

Our house is quite big with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We have our own little garden. There we put up hammocks or cook a better dinner on the barbeque. The condo has a swimming-pool and a small sportsfield.
We rent it out when we are not there. I am sure you would love it.
